• Most orders take two to three weeks to arrive depending on the shipping method you choose.
• We accept personal checks, money orders and cashier's checks (drawn on U.S. account only).

Order by E-Mail:

Fill out the order form completely and submit form (via e-mail) for processing.  Then mail your personal check, money order or cashiers check.   Your order will not be shipped until your check has been received.

Order by Facsimile:

Fill out the order form completely and fax (+1.650.941.7071) the form to us for processing.    Then mail your personal check, money order or cashiers check.  Your order will not be shipped until your check is received.   We do not process credit card orders by fax.  You must use the shopping cart.

Order by Postal Mail:

Fill out the order form completely, print it and mail it  with your personal check, money order or cashier's check to: SGS Trading, 654 Berry Avenue, Los Altos, CA 94024. We do not accept mail-in credit card orders.  You must use the shopping cart.

Return Policy:

All our products are guaranteed to arrive in good condition.  Please notify us within 10 days if your order is damaged in shipping.
